For those of us that love to entertain, and those who aspire to be the new Ina Garten, the key to enjoying your own party is to have recipes that can be prepped ahead in advance! As a caterer and chef for the past 24 years, I have learned many go to tricks for easy, breezy entertaining. Whether its preparing a Cobb salad with the dressing on the bottom to toss at service, (soggy salads no bueno), or braising succulent short ribs that actually taste better the next day, having guests in your home can actually be an enjoyable experience!
