ingredients
- 2 ounces Whiskey
- 1/2 ounce Basil Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce Nectarine Puree
- 1/2 juiced Lemon
- 3 Basil Leaves
- 1 Egg White
Method
Step 1
In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients but the ice, dry shake for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add ice and shake again.
Step 3
Strain into glass and garnish with fresh basil.
