My thoughts exactly, Joey Made this healthy ramen bowl with turmeric broth by bringing 3/4 cup vegetable broth + 3/4 cup water to a boil and seasoning with 1/2-1 tsp turmeric, black pepper, and garlic powder. Added some cooked GF brown rice ramen noodles (by @lotusfoods), avocado, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, microgreens, and sesame seasoning. Inspired by @sammyyeason soba noodle bowl the other day."

Serves or Makes: 4
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- 2 (3 ounce) packs gluten free ramen noodles, cooked according to package directions
- 2 avocados, thinly sliced, for serving
- Pumpkin seeds, for serving
- Hemp hearts, for serving
- Microgreens, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for serving
Bring vegetable broth and water to a boil in a medium pot. Season with turmeric, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Pour into bowls and add remaining ingredients.
