If you don’t, make sure to head to your local farmers market to get some and make this gimlet ASAP! 🤣 Easy, and just 3 ingredients, the hardest part of this one is making the rhubarb syrup, and it’s easy! So that’s a win-win! Use gin or vodka, though of course we prefer the gin (I know, you are shocked!)"

ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce rhubarb syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice.

  • Step 2

    Shake and strain into a coupe.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with rhubarb strand or lime wheel if desired. Cheers!
