"To be honest, I have never tried elderflower before making this but I’ve always been so curious, and it didn’t disappoint! It was softly floral and sweet, the perfect addition to a good gin.

ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- Top wiith Elderflower tonic
- cucumber ribbons, take a veggie peeler and peel the cucumber lengthwise
Method
Step 1
Shake all ingredients, except the tonic water, in a cocktail shaker with ice until cold.
Step 2
Serve in a glass, on the rocks, and top with a generous pour of elderflower tonic!
