Wet
ingredients
- 2/3 cup dates
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Dry
ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/3 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
Step 1
Mash dates with a fork. place all wet ingredients in a saucepan. simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. then add caramel sauce. mix. Bake for 20 minutes on 180C
