Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 3/4 cups oat flour
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

For the caramel

ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons boiling water

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until you have a smooth caramel. transfer to a bowl and mix through a handful of peanuts. scoop a spoonful of the caramel onto each base layer before melting some dark chocolate and pouring over. top with a sprinkle of peanuts and put in the freezer until the chocolate is set.
