ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cashew butter
  • 6 tablespoons oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix all the ingredients together until you have a moist, thick cookie dough texture that you can roll into balls. if your mix is too wet or dry, gradually add extra oat flour/or liquid.

  • Step 2

    Roll the mixture into balls and freeze for around 20 minutes.
