ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 onion, sliced thin and fried
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green chili, sliced thin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (divided) za'atar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (divided) Turkish chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Greek yogurt, to top
- Sumac, to garnish
- 6 soft boiled eggs (cooked 3-6 minutes), halved
- Fresh dill, to garnish
- Courgette, sliced thin
- Pickle slices, to garnish
Method
Step 1
In a medium skillet, heat oil and cook the rice with the spices and garlic until crispy.
Step 2
Top with green chili, more spices, eggs, and greek yogurt.
Step 3
Garnish with sumac and fresh dill. Serve with sliced courgette, leftover cooked vegetables, and pickles.
