A Note from Feedfeed
Toss your noodles with this umami packed green sauce that is made in a pinch! Serve it with crispy tofu and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

ingredients
- 1 supermarket pack of basil
- 1 green chilli
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 3 generous tablespoons of tahini
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- Handful of cashews
- Splash of water
- Noodles of your choice
- Garnish: spring onion, cucumber, crispy chilli oil
Method
Step 1
If you want it super smooth blend it in a blender, if you want it a bit textured like I had it, blitz in a wee food processor! Will taste just as delish either way
For the tofu
