Who doesn't love a tray bake?! This one gets a breakfast spin with sausage, potatoes and eggs. Whip up brunch in a pinch with this easy breakfast tray bake. Serve it with toast and fresh tomato.

ingredients
- 3 Potato, cut into chunks
- 3 sausages
- 3 bacon
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 4 eggs
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F. Add potato chunks & sausages and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Add bacon then an additional 10 minutes. Add cherry tomatoes then bake for an extra 5 minutes.
Step 3
Lastly, make little wells for the eggs to be broken into and baked for 5 minutes (or however long you want for your eggs to be cooked to your liking). Season well at the end, maybe add some chopped herbs! Enjoy
