ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 onion
- 1 package Udon, (comes with 3 bags)
- 1 pound ribeye steak, Shabu Shabu Beef ( you can use chicken or salmon) If you cannot find Shabu Shabu beef, you can use ribeye steak and cut it ultra-thin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 can corn
- Fried eggs
- Cayenne Pepper, optional
- Sriracha, optional
- Rice Seasoning, optional

Beef Marinade
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar, or honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Method
Step 1
Cook the udon for 2 mins then drain and rinse it under cold water.
Step 2
Slice the beef thinly or use shabu beef.
Step 3
Add all of the ingredients for the sauce (soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and honey or sugar). Marinade the meat with the sauce, aside until ready to stir fry.
Step 4
Heat a skillet or wok, add oil and the onions, then the beef and cook it until its med-rare.
Step 5
Add in the noodles and quickly stir fry. Add in the corn once everything is incorporated.
Step 6
Fry some eggs, top it off, add some rice seasoning, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Serve immediately.
