Recipe Intro From Heresyourbite

This red wine turkey bolognese recipe has become a staple in my kitchen, and I'm excited to share it with you! It's a lighter take on the classic Bolognese, using ground turkey, but you can easily swap it out for your favorite protein. The addition of red wine adds depth and richness to the sauce, making it perfect for a cozy night.

Recipe Description

This red wine turkey bolognese is a hearty and comforting dish that pairs perfectly with your favorite pasta. The sauce is simmered to perfection, allowing the flavors to meld together beautifully. For the best results, choose a dry red wine such as Chianti, Merlot, or Cabernet Sauvignon. Serve it over al dente pasta, like tagliatelle or fettuccine, and serve it alongside a salad for a satisfying meal.

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
