Better Than Bouillon

<p>If there ever was an art of the <a href="https://thefeedfeed.com/pies" target="_blank">tart</a>, this is it. Bright <a href="https://thefeedfeed.com/mango" target="_blank">mango</a> curd inside an almond shortcrust. Then it gets topped with fresh fruit and fresh whipped cream for the perfect touch.&nbsp;</p>

Here is one of my favorite tarts, that is pure sunshine, which I feel like we can all use on this January day. It is simply a layer of bright mango curd with fresh fresh fruit and perfectly whipped cream. Easy to bake and it just makes me happy to look at it.
