Bring a large pot of water to a gentle boil over med-high heat. Carefully lower the egg(s) into the water with a slotted spoon and cook for 7 minutes (maintaining a gentle boil)
Removes the eggs and place into a water bath (bowl of water and ice) and cool for 2 minutes.
Remove from the water bath and very carefully and gently, crack the eggs shell and peel off. I like rolling the egg under my hand to gently crack the shell all over. Slice egg in half, eat and enjoy!
Served here with a spinach salad and avocado toast.
