Perfectly Jammy Soft-Boiled Eggs
Inspired by all of the soft boiled eggs on @thecuttingveg feed, I had to make some too ๐Ÿ‘… The color in this batch of eggs tho๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Pasture-raised eggs are the BEST ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Not only do they look and taste amazing, they have: 1/3 less cholesterol 1/4 less saturated fat 2/3 more vitamin A 2 times more omega-3 fatty acids 3 times more vitamin E 7 times more beta carotene .   • 2 eggs


  • Step 1

    Bring a large pot of water to a gentle boil over med-high heat. Carefully lower the egg(s) into the water with a slotted spoon and cook for 7 minutes (maintaining a gentle boil)

  • Step 2

    Removes the eggs and place into a water bath (bowl of water and ice) and cool for 2 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Remove from the water bath and very carefully and gently, crack the eggs shell and peel off. I like rolling the egg under my hand to gently crack the shell all over. Slice egg in half, eat and enjoy!

  • Step 4

    Served here with a spinach salad and avocado toast.
