Cookie Dough
ingredients
- 1/4 cup salted nut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 almond flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- Mini chocolate chips
Method
Step 1
Mix nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla together in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in almond flour and coconut flour until a thick dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll into small balls and place in freezer until firm.
Ice cream
ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk or cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Step 1
Blend everything together until smooth. Pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze overnight until solid. Place ice cream cubes In a high powered blender with 2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup almond milk and blend until smooth, stopping blender to scrape down sides or using a tamper. Stir in cookie dough. Enjoy as soft serve right away or chill for a couple hours for more scoop-able firm texture. Hope you love it!
