"These 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬 turn your leftover Thanksgiving turkey into a cheesy, crunchy, flavorful game day party for your mouth!

𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬:
For the Nachos:
2c. shredded leftover turkey
1/4c. low sodium chicken broth
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. chipotle powder
4 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. tortilla chips
𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬:
Pickled jalapenos
Sour cream or greek yogurt
Avocado
Hot sauce and/or salsa
Cilantro
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small saucepan, add the shredded turkey, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and chipotle powder. Cook until the turkey is warmed through and the broth is absorbed and evaporated.
On a parchment lined baking sheet evenly layer half of the tortilla chips. Add half of the spiced turkey, half of the monterey cheese and half of the cheddar cheese. Layer the remaining tortilla chips and top with remaining turkey and remaining cheeses. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with the toppings and enjoy!
