  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup banana, mashed
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt


  • Step 1

    Combine oats, mashed banana, cashew milk, salt and cinnamon in a small pot or microwave safe bowl. Cook until oats are soft and liquid has been absorbed.

  • Step 2

    Top with banana slices, blueberries, almonds, hemp seeds, and crunchy peanut butter as desired.
