  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup pre-cooked pulled pork
  • 1/3 cup zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 5 Alexa Foods Crispy Onion Rings
  • 1 tablespoon sauerkraut
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 tablespoon sprouts
  • Sprinkle hemp Seeds
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Turn airfryer on. Preheat to 400F degrees (3-4 minutes).

  • Step 2

    Select ‘fries’ setting on airfryer. Place frozen onion rings in airfryer tray. Fry at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Meanwhile, saute pre-cooked pulled pork in a small skillet–over medium heat–for 3-4 minutes. Remove pulled pork.

  • Step 4

    Wash and chop zucchini into half-moons. In the same skillet, saute zucchini in olive oil (3-4 minutes). Remove zucchini.

  • Step 5

    Assemble bowl: layer cottage cheese, pulled pork, zucchini, onion rings, then avocado. On the side, place sauerkraut. Sprinkle sprouts, hemp seeds, and sea salt on top.
