Meatballs

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Annie's Organic Cowgirl Ranch
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, gently mix ground beef, ground pork, onion, eggs, panko crumbs, Annie's Organic Cowgirl Ranch Dressing, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika. Form into round meatballs, about 2-inches in diameter. Bake on prepared sheet pan for 20 minutes.

  • Step 3

    While the meatballs are baking, make the sauce. In a bowl, combine Annie's Organic Cowgirl Ranch Dressing and BBQ sauce.

  • Step 4

    When meatballs are done, remove from the oven and increase temperature to 375° F. Baste meatballs with BBQ ranch sauce, reserving remaining sauce for serving. Bake meatballs for 5 minutes. Serve immediately with additional sauce
