Sauteed Zucchini and Quinoa Bowl with Kimchi, Avocado and Fried Egg

Yield: Serves or Makes serves 4
Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).
- 2 cups sauteed zucchini
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup kimchi
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 4 large eggs, fried
- salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
