If there is one dish I’ve discovered this year I can’t get enough of it’s waffles. My waffle iron has been my most used kitchen tool from grilling bread to baking eggs and of course lots of different waffles. With minimal effort you can create stunning dishes with endless possibilities. Create sweet waffles topped with ice or whipped cream or savory ones with eggs and bacon – you name it you can waffle it – Here are some recipes which inspired me and left me craving for a big stack of waffles…
