  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayonnaise, plus more for serving
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 large salmon fillet (or 2 medium-sized fillets), skin removed, cut into equal-sized cubes
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Rice and green vegetables, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  • Step 2

    To make the glaze; In a large bowl, combine the Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayonnaise, minced garlic, lime juice, honey, olive oil, and low-sodium soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 3

    Coat the salmon cubes with the glaze.

  • Step 4

    Place the glazed salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Switch to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Garnish with fresh cilantro and drizzle with more sriracha mayonnaise. Serve with rice and your choice of green vegetables.
