Method
Step 1
Prepare mignonette.
Step 2
Rinse oysters. Find the base at the hinge of the oyster and insert oyster knife until the seal is broken. Rinse out interior of oyster and remove muscle from shell. Serve over ice immediately with fresh lemon slices and mignonette.
