Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) jar of Epic Homestyle Savory Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 pack of ramen noodles of choice
  • 1 cup of thinly sliced vegetables ( such as bok choy, and carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil
  • Sliced cooked chicken, tofu, or boiled eggs (optional)
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes or chili crisps, to taste (optional, for extra heat)

Method

  • Step 1

Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Step 2

In a large pot, heat the Epic Homestyle Savory Chicken Bone Broth over medium heat until it's hot but not boiling.

  • Step 3

Add the thinly sliced vegetables to the broth. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until they become tender but still vibrant.

  • Step 4

Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Add ramen seasoning packet. Add red pepper flakes or chili crisps if you prefer a spicier kick.

  • Step 5

Divide the cooked ramen noodles among serving bowls.

  • Step 6

Ladle the hot broth with vegetables over the noodles, ensuring an even distribution of goodness.

  • Step 7

If desired, top ramen with slices of cooked chicken, tofu, or boiled eggs for added protein.

  • Step 8

Finish with a sprinkle of sliced red pepper for freshness and color. I also used steamed bok choy and broccoli rabe.
