ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower,
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Annie's Organic Chocolate Bunny Grahams, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes, for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Add frozen cauliflower, frozen zucchini, berries, hemp seeds, coconut butter, and plant milk to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add in another splash or two of plant milk. Pour into bowls and top with bunny grahams, berries, pumpkin seeds, and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
