ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1 cup oat milk, or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients except for the yogurt in a bowl.

  • Step 2

    In a separate cup or jar, layer the oat mixture followed by the yogurt and repeat.

  • Step 3

    Sprinkle the cocoa powder on top and cover.

  • Step 4

    Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
