- 1 pound store bought pizza dough
- 1/ 2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/ 2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/ 2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1/ 4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- sprig of fresh rosemary
- pinch of chili flakes
Preheat oven at 500F degree. If you're using a cast iron pan put it in the oven to get preheated. Remove carefully from the oven.
Grease the skillet and spread the pizza dough.
In a bowl combine all the cheeses. Drizzle olive oil over the dough. Spread cheese using onto dough using a spoon. Top the pizza with grapes, fresh rosemary, chili flakes, and sea salt. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
