Peach Pie

Take advantage of stone fruit season with this easy and delicious Peach Pie! A squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle of warm cinnamon help offset the sweetness of the peaches. Paired with a flaky, buttery crust, this pie is sure to please any crowd!

  • 6 cups peaches, sliced
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon butter, for dotting
  • pie dough, made in advance


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350℉.

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, combine together all ingredients except butter. Pour into a prepared lined pie crust and dot with butter. Top and seal with decorative pie crust.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and fruit is bubbling. Remove from oven and let cool.
