"Cocktail If The Day (because it's always cocktail hour somewhere in the world). In honour of Fat Tuesday, we're heading to New Orleans and hitting up the classics with A Sazerac.

2 oz rye
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
Absinthe rinse

Add an absinthe rinse to a chilled glass. Stir the rest of the ingredients over ice and strain into the aforementioned glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. Recipe taken from @imbibe."
