From social engagements and holiday parties to work and lifestyle events, craft mocktails are all the rage and - for probably the first time ever - the creativity and options are on par with cocktails being offered on menus at bars and restaurants. So of course we had to hop on this fresh and fabulous bandwagon and create a mocktail using some of our favorite new products available in the Feedfeed Shop, both by female-owned and operated brands!
Fruity but subtle Girl Meets Dirt Peach Bitters and tangy Girl Meets Dirt Peach Shrub are the perfect combo with earthy smoked rosemary and a sweet, fragrant cardamom and vanilla sugar rim. A classic bittersweet tonic fizz brings it all together to create this gorgeous and flavorful Rosemary Infused Peach Fizz Mocktail.

ingredients
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 lime wedges
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon Heilala Pure Vanilla Sugar
- 2 tablespoons diced peaches
- 5 dashes Girl Meets Dirt Peach Bitters
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Girl Meets Dirt Peach Shrub
- 4 ounces tonic water
Method
Step 1
Use a lighter or kitchen torch to ignite one rosemary sprig. Once smoking, swiftly place it on a hollow dish and cover with cocktail glass. Allow the smoke to fill the glass for 20 seconds. Flip glass and discard rosemary sprig.
Step 2
Add cardamom and vanilla sugar to a shallow dish or ramekin. Shuffle to combine. Coat rim of glass with 1 lime wedge. Dip wet rim in sugar, pressing down and twisting gently until rim is evenly coated.
Step 3
Add peaches to glass. Muddle (gently mash) to release juices. Add 1 jumbo ice cube or ½ cup regular size ice cubes, peach bitters, peach shrubs, juice of two lime wedges, and tonic water. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Ignite second rosemary sprig until smoking. Place in glass as garnish. Serve immediately.
