- 1 cup plain vegan yoghurt (or yoghurt of choice)
- 1 cup frozen bananas
- 2 ea Dates
- 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
- 1/ 4 cup oats
- 1/ 2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ounces dark cocoa bar
- 1 tsp dark grated chocolate
To make the vanilla base, blend the yoghurt with the vanilla and 1 date, set aside To make the chocolate vase, add frozen bananas, 1 date, raw cocoa powder, oats and almond milk to a blender. Blend until smooth Cover the edge of the glass with some melted chocolate. Then pour around a tablespoon in each glass, add the vanilla yoghurt, the cocoa mix and then top it all with some grated chocolate. You can add more dates or agave syrup if you like, to taste.
