This brandy sour made with mulled plum cider tea is the perfect fall cocktail and looks beautiful in a coupe.

  • 2 ounces Brandy
  • 1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce Mulled Plum Cider Tea Syrup
  • 1 egg white


  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a shaking tin with ice. Shake very well and then double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with mulled plum cider tea across the foam.
