"How are your 🌱 quarantine gardens doing!? Travis has been obsessed with gardening and house plants lately. I’m still just trying to keep my basil plant alive (since I’ve killed everything else🤷🏻‍♀️ ). And since my basil is flourishing, making a cocktail with it was the obvious choice! Especially since I don’t know how long I can keep it alive... This refreshing cocktail is made with strawberries, basil, vodka and lemon!"

ingredients

  • 2 strawberries
  • 4 basil leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 vodka
  • Splash sparkling water

Method

  • Step 1

    Add strawberries, basil, lemon and honey to a cocktail tin and muddle. Add vodka and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass with fresh ice. Top with a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with strawberry slices and basil.
