  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients except for the granola to a high-speed blender. Blend until the smoothie is smooth, creamy, and thick. Start with ½ cup soy milk and gradually add more by the ¼ cup if the smoothie is too thick.

  • Step 2

    Grab two jars and add ¼ cup of granola to the bottom. Divide the smoothie between the jars and top with another sprinkle of granola. Enjoy immediately.
