Love this easy & delicious Miso Glazed Salmon for Sunday dinner with plenty of leftovers to make a yummy weekday lunch salad!
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (1-pound) salmon fillet, skin on
- Scallions, thinly sliced, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for serving
Preheat oven to 325°F.
To make the miso glaze, whisk tamari, rice vinegar, white miso, honey, chili paste, toasted sesame oil, and grated garlic. Place salmon on a rimmed baking sheet and pour miso mixture over salmon. Bake at 325°F for 30-35min. Sprinkle with scallion and sesame seeds and serve immediately.
