"Sorry for the overload on pies, but I had to show the final shot! Part 3: Out of the oven Stone Fruit Pie shot!! Stone fruit mini pies are showcased with different stone fruit and herbs/spices here:
Apricots and fresh ginger
Yellow Peaches and Spanish saffron
Yellow Nectarines and sage
Cherries and balsamic glaze .
The pie filling has black pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon powder as well. I used a combination of all purpose flour and spelt flour for the pie crust and I was quite happy with the crust results!!
