1/3 cup nut milk
1 pitaya smoothie pack (or one cup pitaya cubes)
1/4 cup coconut meat
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana, frozen
toppings: coconut, hemp hearts, peanut butter, fresh blueberries, cacao nibs
Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a high-powered blender and process untill smooth. Add more nut milk if needed until you reach the desired consistency. Add to a bowl and add toppings of choice.
