This recipe by Cheryl's Healthy Life is the perfect addition to a snackboard, lunchbox, or even just to munch on throughout the day! These sweet and spicy roasted almonds are delightfully snackable and super crunchy. We created this video for the Almond Board because we believe that whole natural almonds are a great way to start your day.

ingredients
- 2 cups California almonds
- 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 pinches flaky sea salt
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 & line a small baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with oil.
Step 2
In a medium bowl mix the coconut aminos with all the spices.
Step 3
Add the 2 cups of almonds & sesame seeds; mix really well until coated with the sauce.
Step 4
Place the coated almonds on the baking sheet spreading out evenly.
Step 5
Bake for 20 min mixing halfway thru.
Step 6
Let cool completely & store in a tight sealed container at room temperature.
