ingredients
- 4 packs whole cherry tomatoes
- 1 bulb cut in half lengthways garlic
- 3 cloves peeled and minced garlic
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- handful of fresh thyme
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180ºC or 355ºF
Step 2
In a large baking dish add the cherry tomatoes, tin tomatoes, minced garlic, thyme & olive oil. Season with salt & mix the ingredients well.
Step 3
Place in oven & bake for 25-30 minutes or until tomatoes start to blister.
Step 4
Serve with crunchy bread!
