Recipe Intro From thefeedfeed

We have been using this Agave Lime Syrup recipe all summer! First we used it in a mojito mocktail, and now in this peach iced tea. It's pretty simple, just brew and chill some rooibos tea, mix in a little Agave Lime Syrup, and pour into a pitcher with ice and peach slices. Voila, perfect chilly summer drink, baby!

  • 2 tablespoons agave lime syrup
  • 2 peaches
  • fresh mint, for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

Slice the peaches into thin wedges and add to a pitcher.

  • Step 2

Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot over high heat. Add tea bags and brew for 10 minutes, then remove and discard tea bags.

  • Step 3

Allow tea to cool completely, then add agave lime syrup. Stir it up and taste, adding more syrup if necessary.

  • Step 4

Add ice to the pitcher and pour in the tea. Give it a stir to quickly chill the tea and infuse with the peaches. Pour into glasses, making sure each glass gets a peach slice, and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
