ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 3/4 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint, optional for garnish
- Cascadian Farm Wild Blueberry Lemon Fruit Infused Granola Bars, for serving
Method
Step 1
Add honey and 1 cup of water to a small saucepan and heat to a simmer. Once simmering, cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2
Once cool, add to a large pitcher followed by lemon juice and 5 cups of cold, filtered water. Stir to combine. Add lemon slices to the pitcher. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint (if desired).
