ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 500ºF.
Step 2
Bring a salted pot of water to a boil. Add the cauliflower and boil for 20 minutes until just tender.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt the better. Add the salt, garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant.
Step 4
Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a cast iron skillet. Pour the garlic butter over the cauliflower to coat.
Step 5
Bake 20-35 minutes, until the top is browned and the cauliflower is cooked through.
