A Note from Feedfeed
Things we love: Campfire Brownies made with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers. Things we feel ambivalent about: actual camping! Skip the campsite and make these decadent brownies at home instead. Think s’mores, but in a way that makes it easy to feed a crowd!

ingredients
- 10 graham cracker sheets
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 (20 ounce) pack triple chocolate brownie mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 16 cinnamon (or flavor of choice) marshmallow squares
- Nonstick cooking spray, as needed
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 ̊F and line an 8 by 8 inch baking pan with tin foil, then spray the foil with nonstick spray.
Step 2
Add graham crackers to a blender or food processor and process until fine crumbs form. Add crumbs to a bowl, then stir in melted butter. Stir with a fork until all the crumbs are moistened and the mixture resembles wet sand.
Step 3
Pour graham cracker mixture into prepared pan and press into an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the brownie mixture. Add brownie mix to a large bowl, then add egg, water and oil. Mix until well combined.
Step 5
Pour brownie mixture onto graham cracker crust and bake for about 35 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 6
Top brownies with marshmallows and return to oven for about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Set broiler to high, and broil brownies for about 2 minutes, or until golden brown and toasted.
Step 8
Let cool for at least 30 minutes before serving. To cut, coat a sharp knife in nonstick spray so marshmallow does not stick to the blade.
