From zingy condiments inspired by the flavors of Sichuan cuisine, to stunning colored glassware and your new favorite chile powder, here are a few favorites we are excited to stock on our shelves.

Brightland was born out of Aishwarya Iyer's desire for better, more honest food production - and a deep belief in the land and what it provides. Her ancestors were salt farmers in South India; the land provided for them, and in turn they provided salt for people in the South. It’s a beautiful cycle when left untouched. |

While working on the recipe for a tamarind date chutney, Sylvie Charles created a syrup out of medjool dates. It struck her that it was what her community needed - an absolutely delicious natural sweetener that had the low glycemic index and nutrient content of medjool dates. |

Farm to Jar chile powder. There’s no middlemen, no international supply chains, and no co-packers - just quality, hard to find chile powders from a husband and wife duo and their farm in the small town of Boonville, CA. Their main spice? California grown Espelette pepper known as Piment d’Ville. |
