We're declaring it ice cream season and first on the must-make list is this easy homemade ice cream from our own @thesweetandsimplekitchen. The recipe requires no tempering or churning; you just mix the base together and let it sit in the freezer for a few hours before adding in the raspberry swirl and crunchy brown sugar crisp.  
 
Ingredients Needed:

Brown Sugar Crisp
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp butter, cold

No Churn Ice Cream
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
Raspberry Jam, about 2/3 cup
