Pizza for breakfast, anyone? Use the classic pizza dough above to make a true breakfast of champions that the whole family will love. Sharp cheddar cheese, crispy potatoes, and seared bacon are layered on top of the dough before it's baked in your pizza oven. Once golden, the pizza is removed from the oven and topped with eggs and everything bagel seasoning, then returned to the oven until the eggs are set. Serve your pizza with chopped chives or scallions, a dash of hot sauce, and a touch of maple syrup.

Garlic Bread Pizza

Garlic lovers, this one's for you. This white pizza is topped with pungent homemade garlic butter, and two types of cheese. Cut down on cleanup & cook time by melting the butter in a metal bowl atop your pizza oven while it preheats (just be sure to use oven mits when you remove it). Once melted, roasted garlic, grated cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and salt are added to the mix to make a zesty sauce to spread on the pizza dough. Add melty mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano before baking, resulting in a gooey, cheesy pizza that is packed with flavor.

Holy cannoli, this dessert pizza is delicous! Brush a semolina-based dough with cinnamon sugar butter and pop it in the Ooni until crisp to mimic a crisp cannoli pastry shell.
