Potatoes

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound bag baby yellow potatoes

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 450. Cut your potatoes. Place in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Until fork tender. Strain. Place on a sprayed parchment paper lined pan. Spread out potatoes evenly on pan and then spray with coconut oil spray. Bake or air fry for 30-35 minutes (or until desired crispy-ness) flipping half way.

Chili Oil

ingredients

  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Pinch of black pepper

Chili Oil

  • Step 1

    In a small sauce pan heat the avocado oil on low and then add the chopped garlic and cook until fragrant. Turn off heat and add in other ingredients and mix together until combined.

Spicy Mayo

ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegan or regular mayo
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tamari
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons golden monkfruit
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

    Stir everything together in a bowl until smooth and combined.
