ingredients
- 1 ounce gin
- 4/5 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 barspoon rhubarb syrup
- Ice
- Elderflower tonic
- Wine-based aperitif
Method
Step 1
Stir gin, vermouth and syrup with ice. Strain into a coupe. Add a splash of tonic and top off with aperitif.
