While we love a classic as much as the next person, it's always exciting to try a new take on the gin and tonic! This cocktail features rhubarb and elderflower for a light fresh taste.

Prep time 5mins
Serves or Makes: 1


  • 1 ounce gin
  • 4/ 5 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1 barspoon rhubarb syrup
  • Ice
  • Elderflower tonic
  • Wine-based aperitif


  • Step 1

    Stir gin, vermouth and syrup with ice. Strain into a coupe. Add a splash of tonic and top off with aperitif.
