Vegan Banana and Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Serves or Makes: 4


  • 4 chopped bananas
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/ 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/ 4 cups vegan chocolate chips


  • Step 1

    Peel, chop and freeze banana for 12-24 hours

  • Step 2

    Add chopped bananas and almond milk to a food processor and blend until creamy

  • Step 3

    Mix in chocolate chips, blend for 15-30 seconds

  • Step 4

    Add a layer of banana ice cream to an ice cream or loaf pan

  • Step 5

    Microwave peanut butter for 30-60 seconds

  • Step 6

    Drizzle half of peanut butter on top of first layer of banana ice cream

  • Step 7

    Add a second layer with remaining ice cream

  • Step 8

    Drizzle the rest of the peanut butter on top of ice cream Freeze for another hour
